By accessing our website, purchasing a class or membership, or participating in our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
1. Services
Vitality Pilates Studio offers Pilates, Hot Pilates, HIIT-inspired fitness classes, memberships, and related wellness and consulting services.
Class schedules, instructors, pricing, and availability may change when necessary.
2. Bookings and Payments
Individual classes and memberships may be purchased through our website or designated booking platform. All bookings are subject to availability. Payment must be completed according to the terms displayed at checkout. Clients are responsible for providing accurate contact and payment information and reviewing applicable policies before purchasing.
3. 24-Hour Cancellation Policy
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an individual class. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled class are subject to a $5.00 cancellation fee. The fee applies to individual class bookings only. A late cancellation does not automatically forfeit an otherwise valid class credit. Clients should cancel or reschedule through the designated booking platform or by contacting the studio using an approved method. If Vitality Pilates Studio cancels a class, affected clients will be notified and offered an appropriate rescheduling option, class credit, or refund, as applicable.
4. Memberships and Recurring Billing
Memberships renew automatically on a monthly basis unless canceled in accordance with the applicable membership terms. By enrolling in a membership, clients authorize recurring monthly charges using their selected payment method. The membership price, billing schedule, and applicable terms will be disclosed before enrollment. Members may cancel their memberships through the studio website or by emailing the studio at its designated business email address. There are no membership cancellation fees. Cancellation stops future renewals in accordance with the applicable billing and cancellation terms. Charges already processed and any refund eligibility are subject to applicable law and the terms disclosed at purchase. The $5.00 individual-class cancellation fee does not apply to membership bookings.
5. Late Arrivals
Clients are encouraged to arrive early to prepare for class. Late arrivals may be admitted at the instructor’s discretion, based on safety and the class format. If a client arrives late, an available individual class credit or membership benefit may still be used for that class, subject to the applicable booking terms and safety requirements.
6. Health and Fitness Disclaimer
Participation in Pilates, Hot Pilates, HIIT, and other exercise activities involves physical exertion and inherent risks. Clients are responsible for determining whether they can safely participate. Clients should inform instructors of relevant physical limitations and consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning an exercise program when appropriate. Vitality Pilates Studio does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Its services are not a substitute for professional medical care.
7. Hot Pilates Safety
Hot Pilates involves exercise in a heated environment and may increase the risk of dehydration, overheating, dizziness, and heat-related illness.
Clients should hydrate adequately, follow instructor guidance, and stop exercising if they experience concerning symptoms. Anyone with concerns about exercising in a heated environment should consult a healthcare professional before participating.
8. Required Liability Waiver
All clients must complete and sign the studio’s required liability waiver before participating in their first class. Clients who have not completed the required waiver will not be permitted to participate until the documentation is completed. The liability waiver is a separate document and should be reviewed carefully before signing.
9. Studio Conduct
Clients must treat instructors, staff, and fellow participants respectfully and follow studio rules, equipment instructions, hygiene requirements, and safety guidance. Vitality Pilates Studio may refuse or discontinue participation when conduct creates a safety concern or substantially disrupts the studio environment, subject to applicable law.
10. Website and Intellectual Property
Original website content, logos, branding, photographs, class descriptions, and other materials owned by Vitality Pilates Studio may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without prior written permission, except as permitted by law.
11. Privacy
Use of our website and services is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how personal information is collected, used, and protected.
12. Changes to These Terms
Vitality Pilates Studio may update these Terms and Conditions when necessary. Updated terms will be posted with a revised date. Any required notice or consent for changes will be provided as required by applicable law.
13. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
